Amy Winehouse's tempestuous marriage ended Thursday when the singer and Blake Fielder-Civil were granted a divorce by a judge in London.

A judge read out the divorce decree for "Fielder-Civil B. v Winehouse A.J." along with those of other estranged couples at a brief Family Court hearing.

Neither 25-year-old Winehouse nor Fielder-Civil, 27, was in court Thursday. The divorce becomes final after six weeks and a day.

Winehouse married Fielder-Civil in Miami in 2007, but he was arrested six months later over an assault and sent to jail.

He filed for divorce earlier this year on the grounds of the soul diva's infidelity.

What we wanna know is who has been sticking their doo hilly in Winehouse's crack cha cha?!!!

After waiting almost a year to hear a completed track from Amy Winehouse, Quincy Jones has had to cut the singer from an all-star tribute album being recorded in his honor, the Mirror reports.

Producer Mark Ronson, who'd been working on the song with Winehouse, tells the Mirror, "The track isn't finished and she's not around. If she's not here then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it." Winehouse is said to be working on a documentary, "a truthful and revealing look at her complicated life."

We'll wait three decades for another album from Ms. Winehouse if it takes that long. Meanwhile, Britney Spears can take her swamp pussy ridden ass back tot he swamp where she belongs!

The Obama administration joined a federal judge Wednesday in urging Congress to end a racial disparity by equalizing prison sentences for dealing and using crack versus powdered cocaine.

"Jails are loaded with people who look like me," U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton, an African-American, told a Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing.

Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer said the administration believes Congress' goal "should be to completely eliminate the disparity" between the two forms of cocaine. "A growing number of citizens view it as fundamentally unfair," Breuer testified.

Durbin said more than 81 percent of those convicted for crack offenses in 2007 were African-American, although only about 25 percent of crack cocaine users are African Americans.

The effort comes as more Americans turn to these safety nets to ride out the recession. Poverty and civil liberties advocates fear the strategy could backfire, discouraging some people from seeking financial aid and making already desperate situations worse.

Those in favor of the drug tests say they are motivated out of a concern for their constituents' health and ability to put themselves on more solid financial footing once the economy rebounds. But proponents concede they also want to send a message: you don't get something for nothing.

Crack Is Cheap, Which Means You Can Buy More!

A British couple who sold video footage of singer Amy Winehouse apparently smoking crack to a newspaper have pleaded guilty to drug charges.

Johnny Blagrove and Cara Burton admitted in court Friday they offered to supply drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, to Winehouse.

Prosecutors say the pair covertly filmed Winehouse and sold the footage to The Sun newspaper. In January the paper published the images, which appeared to show the singer smoking crack cocaine.

Detectives decided there was not enough evidence to charge Winehouse but they charged the couple.

Prosecutor Sean Larkin says police who raided the couple’s home found a list of celebrities they supplied with drugs, including Winehouse.

Who'd be willing to bet that Pete Doherty was also on that list?
