Couldn't she have seen this coming? Vivica A. Fox is caught up in a flap regarding her appearance in a new infomercial video and ad campaign for The Psychic Friends Networks, which hit the Web on Monday.
In a statement reported by Jawn Murray of AOL Black Voices, Fox denies being part of the new campaign and says the company "is using her unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service."
Additionally, the actress is demanding that The Psychic Friends Network "cease and desist immediately" with use of the video and images. Details about why the video was shot or how the images were obtained by The Psychic Friends Network were not explained.
Times have been hard on Ms. Fox.
