T.I. Finally Marries Her

Unconfirmed reports about a private wedding ceremony for T.I. and his longtime girlfriend/babymama Tameka "Tiny" Cottle two weeks ago have been officially confirmed.

It only took prison for her to snatch him up. Remember that, heauxz.

"All I am allowed to say is that T.I. and Tiny are officially husband and wife," a source says, revealing that the intimate affair was held in Miami several weeks ago but camouflaged as a couple's getaway before T.I. had to report to jail on Tuesday.

The ceremony was attended by close family members and select members of the rapper's record label Grand Hustle.

This is the first marriage for the couple who, has two kids together, and three from T.I.'s previous relationships. Tiny, a member of the former R&B quartet Xscape, suffered a miscarriage in 2007.

On Tuesday, T.I. began serving his 366-day sentence for attempting to buy firearms while a convicted felon.

Now that is the most romantic honeymoon ever!

Let's see who he has to marry in prison.

TI's Baby Mama Is Busted & Staying Busy

Tameka Cottle, better known as T.I.'s girlfriend "Tiny" of the 1990s-era R&B group Xscape, has revealed some of her plans in the coming months as her boyfriend carries out his year-long prison sentence on gun charges.

In a video interview with Sister 2 Sister publisher Jamie Foster Brown, Tiny said she is preparing to open a nail salon in Atlanta, and is working on a reality show that will follow the daily activities of a "hot mom."

Hot mom? Where? not this light-skinned pig. Proof positive that not all high yella Negresses are cute. This one has been dipped in the ugly moat.

The cast is rumored to include some of her closest friends: Lil’ Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Carter, Xscape veteran Kandi Burress and Joy Jennings, wife of Lyfe Jennings.

So What Is Your Excuse For Not VOting?

T.I. originally thought his voting privileges were revoked as a convicted felon, until he researched and learned that under a Georgia law felons are eligible if they’re not currently serving probation or a prison sentence.

“It’s a relief,” said the best-selling rapper, who stood in line for no more than 10 minutes on Wednesday before entering a polling center in suburban Atlanta to vote for the first time in his life.

“This what it is all about, not staying up late and waking up early to vote,” he added. “Now rather than just talking about it, I’m being about it. I’m leading by example, and it makes me feel a lot better.”

T.I., who already has two No. 1 hits off his new album “Paper Trail” (“Whatever You Like” and “Live Your Life” with Rihanna), does have several federal firearms offenses and ongoing community service endeavors, stemming from his arrest last October for trying to buy automatic weapons. But his lawyer, Steve Sadow, confirmed that he can still cast a ballot because his sentence doesn’t start until late March next year.

So, if you are in or have been in jail, check with your local authorities to see if you are eligible to vote in this election.

Rappers & Jail = Cha-Ching

Before his prison sentence starts next year, T.I. wants to knock down his image as a rapper who glorifies the street life.
Perhaps nowhere is that illustrated better than on his new album "Paper Trail," which comes out on Tuesday. Fans won't find any boasts about his days as a hustler or portrayals of himself as a dangerous gangster. Instead, the 28-year-old father of five offers songs about taking responsibility for his mistakes and learning from his criminal past. And tracks that do mention crime do so in a cautionary tone.

"To specifically talk about guns and drugs in that fashion, I won't be able to do that because it's not a part of my life anymore," says the best-selling rapper, who is known for hits such as "Rubberband Man" and "U Don't Know Me."

Isn't it interesting how these rappers and hip-hop acts get MORE work when they have a criminal record?
We are in the wrong business!
