Singer Natalie Cole is resting in bed at her Los Angeles home after being hospitalized in New York last month because of a setback in her battle with Hepatitis C, her spokeswoman said on Thursday.
The Grammy-award winning singer, 58, canceled her October tour dates and all other appearances after spending about a week in the hospital in September. But spokeswoman Maureen O'Connor said Cole was considering resuming some of her schedule in November.
Cole is the daughter of legendary singer Nat King Cole. In July, she said she had been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and said she probably contracted the liver disease from drug use more than 30 years ago.
Her doctors said at the time she was responding well to treatment but was suffering side effects including fatigue, muscle aches and dehydration.
